Steve Pendleton began his firearms passion with his father at the age of 10. From there he knew that there was something special in what it meant to properly handle a firearm. Steve proceeded to research all manner of firearms and was deeply fascinated. At 17 Steve joined the United States Marine Corps in September 2010. After boot camp and other training, he was stationed in Quantico Virginia. There his love for firearms grew into a passion. He learned how to build and maintain multiple weapon systems. He trained officers on the ranges for pistol and rifle qualifications. In May 2013 Steve was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. While there he competed in the Far Eastern Shooting Matches in rifle and pistol disciplines. Steve exited the Marine Corps in 2015 and met Ethan Frontz and Instruments Of Freedom was born. In February of 2016 Steve was certified as an NRA Basic Pistol Instructor. In September 2016 Steve and Ethan met Jeff Willson. Steve is currently serving in the National Guard as an Infantry Squad leader and plans on joining the Army Special Forces in the future.
